How do I get my monthly access token?
Subscribe to a plan at /subscribe and provide your email address. Your monthly token will be sent automatically. In development mode, tokens are displayed on screen immediately.
What happens to my contract documents?
All uploaded contracts are automatically deleted within 1 hour of analysis. We use this strict retention policy to ensure maximum privacy protection.
Which countries and languages do you support?
We specialize in DACH regions: Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. We support German, Austrian German, Swiss German, and English.
Is Lotsio actual legal advice?

How do I cancel my subscription?
Contact us at bill@lotsio.de to cancel your subscription. All user data is automatically deleted upon cancellation.

How secure is my data?
We use AES-256 encryption, TLS 1.3, and malware scanning. Your data is automatically deleted within 1 hour for maximum privacy.
